As a volunteer you spend part of your time in youth work and you would also like to receive something in return. You would like to develop yourself in order to better carry out your task within volunteer work and thereby have more fun.
YMCA has developed a training offer for this that is challenging for every volunteer; whether you supervise a children’s club, are a camp staff or have a management position. We start from the qualities of the participants and take this as a starting point for further growth.
