In difficult times, YMCA’s help each other all over te world. Think about (financial) help after a natural disaster en national events. Beside YMCA The Netherlands invests constructively in another partner-YMCA. Every 2 to 3 years a specific target or project gets our attention when we raise money, create awareness and send volunteers, students and expers for help and knowledge transfer. Vietnam: Love School

From 2015-2017 the solidarity action focuses on the Love School of YMCA Vietnam. The school in Dalat city focuses on streetchildren, orphans, immigrant children and children of broken families.

YMCA Vietnams helps these children by providing primary education. When they transfer to higher education, the YMCA helps them to really graduate to teach them English, Mathematics, Chemistry and computer lessons. Besides regular education YMCA Vietnam organises sports and movement education and various cultural and creative activities they otherwise won’t receive.
